Development Associate – Attorney Engagement

JGO is hiring a Development Associate (also called Director of Legal Community Engagement and Partnerships) to strengthen relationships with attorneys and law firms in the New York metropolitan area. The role develops and executes a strategic plan to engage the legal community, cultivates and solicits donors, crafts proposals and partnership agreements, conducts in‑person meetings and events across NYC, manages CRM records, and leads networking events. Applicants should have a passion for JGO’s mission, at least 5 years’ experience in fundraising or business development, familiarity with legal professionals, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. The position is hybrid with remote flexibility but requires New York–area residency. Full‑time salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 with benefits.
