The Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ seeks a dynamic Director of Women’s Philanthropy to lead its Women’s Philanthropy campaign. Based in Whippany, NJ with hybrid work (in office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday), the director builds relationships with donors and lay leaders, manages the Women’s Philanthropy team, collaborates with volunteer leadership, and executes a comprehensive campaign plan within the broader Annual Campaign. Responsibilities include cultivating and soliciting a portfolio of 100+ donors and prospects (including Lions of Judah and Forever Lions), overseeing an $8 million campaign, coordinating board processes and missions, integrating planned giving conversations, partnering with other Federation departments, and developing outreach programs. Candidates need 5–8 years of face‑to‑face fundraising or donor engagement experience, strong interpersonal and donor‑relations skills, data‑driven decision‑making ability, supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of the Jewish community. Salary $135,000–$140,000.
