JFNA's Mandel Center for Leadership Excellence seeks a Senior Talent Development Specialist to provide recruitment and search services for senior professional roles across the Federation system. The role involves sourcing top talent, building candidate pipelines, conducting screenings, managing C-suite searches, and liaising with search committees throughout all stages. Salary $110,000-$120,000. Key responsibilities include recruitment and sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse, candidate introductions and application vetting, search project management, data management, and team collaboration. Requirements include 5+ years leading senior-level hires with search committees strongly preferred, understanding of best practices in talent acquisition/recruitment, exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to travel for in-person engagements.
