Power Platform Developer (CMS Systems)

Job description

JFNA seeks a Power Platform Developer to develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Apps Component Framework, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services. The role supports JFNA's constituent management system (CMS) and other organizational technology initiatives. The Developer will design, develop, and implement custom applications and automation solutions that enhance business processes and data-driven decision-making across the Federation system. Key responsibilities include developing custom Power Apps applications using canvas and model-driven approaches, creating automated workflows using Power Automate, building Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualization and analysis, implementing Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls, integrating Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and other systems, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions, maintaining and enhancing existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring security and governance best practices, providing technical documentation and training, and staying current with Power Platform capabilities and updates. Salary range $115,000-$125,000. The position requires strong technical skills in Power Platform development, experience with Microsoft cloud technologies, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This hybrid/remote position offers work from home flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration.
