Job description
The Development Associate works alongside the Development Director on fundraising strategies, stewardship and donor relationship building. This role helps execute the annual development plan to drive revenue across annual giving campaigns. Responsibilities include supporting annual fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship and engagement, event coordination and logistics, grant research and proposal development, collaboration with marketing and communications teams, and database management. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Salary: $55,000-$65,000.
