Hillel at Ithaca College seeks an Executive Director to lead Jewish campus life programming and community building. This role serves as the primary Jewish educator and spiritual leader on campus, creating a vibrant and inclusive Hillel that engages students in meaningful Jewish experiences. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic vision for Jewish life on campus, building relationships with students and creating welcoming community, securing funding through donor cultivation and grant writing, managing budget and operations, supervising staff and student leaders, partnering with campus administration and Jewish community stakeholders, and creating programs that connect students to Jewish identity, Israel engagement, and social justice. The ideal candidate brings entrepreneurial spirit, deep knowledge of Jewish life and traditions, proven fundraising and development experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and passion for working with college students. Experience in Hillel or Jewish campus work strongly preferred.
