The Shefa School seeks a Lower School Dean of Students to join its Lower School Leadership Team in a 10‑month faculty role. Serving K‑8 students with language‑based learning disabilities in a pluralistic Jewish community, the dean mentors teachers in classroom management, supports student behavior and discipline, collaborates with teachers and psychologists to develop proactive behavior plans, communicates with families, implements Responsive Classroom and social‑emotional learning curricula and provides on‑the‑ground support during arrival, lunch and dismissal.
