Job description

Jewish Senior Housing & Healthcare Services seeks a Senior Development Associate to develop and implement fundraising strategies. The role cultivates and stewards donors, coordinates appeals and campaigns, prepares fundraising materials and projections, analyzes giving trends, manages donor records and databases and collaborates with staff and volunteers to plan events and engage the community. The associate also supports donor research, grant writing and stewardship to advance JSHHS’s mission of providing quality senior housing and healthcare. This full‑time position offers a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 per year.
