The National Council of Jewish Women seeks a Vice President of Development to lead its fundraising efforts during a period of growth. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and serving on the senior leadership team, this leader develops and executes comprehensive strategies across individual, foundation, corporate and legacy giving; manages and grows a high‑performing development team; and partners with the board and lay leaders to cultivate six‑ and seven‑figure donors. Additional responsibilities include building fundraising systems, overseeing donor stewardship, collaborating with communications for consistent messaging and expanding planned giving programs. The full‑time, hybrid role is based in Washington, DC, with a salary range of $180,000–$200,000. The position starts January 15, 2026, and requires a minimum of 12 years’ development experience and a commitment to feminist, Jewish and social‑justice values.
