Job description
Hadassah is seeking a Philanthropy Associate – Annual Giving & Grassroots to support the planning and execution of direct response fundraising initiatives. This role assists with philanthropy reporting, regional fundraising analysis, donor data management, and coordination of multi-channel campaigns including email and direct mail. The position collaborates with Development, Marketing & Communications, and Donor Experience teams to support approximately 30 regions annually, ensure data accuracy, and optimize fundraising performance. **Salary range:** $70,000–$75,000 annually. Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant fundraising or nonprofit analytics experience required.
