Job description

Salary: $95,000–$110,000. Jewish Family Service of Colorado seeks a Director of Development to join its Executive Management Team. This senior leader partners with the Chief Advancement Officer to oversee comprehensive fundraising initiatives targeting $8–10M in individual philanthropic revenue annually. Responsibilities include managing a team of five development professionals, maintaining a personal major gift portfolio, overseeing prospect pipeline management, and driving data-driven fundraising strategy aligned with JFS's 2025–2028 strategic priorities. Preferred: bachelor's or master's degree, 7+ years of fundraising experience, 3+ years of management experience, Colorado-based fundraising background, and CFRE certification. Familiarity with Jewish culture and the Denver/Boulder community is highly valued. In-office position with possible hybrid flexibility. Resumes accepted through March 31, 2026.
