Salary: $90,000–$105,000. The Center for Jewish Philanthropy of Greater Phoenix seeks a Director of Women's Philanthropy & Campaign to develop and implement fundraising strategies and programming to grow the annual campaign and manage the Women's Philanthropy program. Key responsibilities include executing a comprehensive women's philanthropy plan, cultivating a portfolio of donors giving $1,000–$5,000, recruiting and training volunteer leadership, and managing Women's Philanthropy events and communications. Position requires 5–7 years of fundraising experience, a bachelor's degree (CFRE a plus), knowledge of and commitment to the Jewish community, experience with donor databases (Blackbaud/Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and strong communication and event management skills.
