Job description

Jewish Senior Housing and Health Services (JSHHS), part of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, seeks a Senior Development Associate to plan and manage all fundraising activities with a focus on individual, corporate, and foundation donor cultivation and stewardship. Responsibilities include identifying and researching prospective donors, managing fundraising campaigns and events, preparing donor communications and grant proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams and partner agencies. Requires a bachelor's degree, nonprofit fundraising experience, strong project management and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and the ability to present data to varied audiences. Visual communications and event planning experience are a plus.
