Salary from $90,000. The Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County seeks a Director of Development to manage a high-capacity donor portfolio and drive Annual Campaign and Targeted Gifts results. Reporting to the Senior Development Director, this frontline fundraiser will focus on gated community campaigns, high-net-worth donors and newcomers, and five- and six-figure gift closures. Responsibilities include designing multi-phase personalized donor strategies, building engagement committees and events in specific communities, mentoring fellow fundraisers, and providing professional leadership to volunteer committees. Requires 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, a bachelor's degree, strong CRM database skills, and a passion for the Jewish community and Israel. Hybrid-eligible with occasional remote work.
