Salary: $100,000–$110,000. Oregon Hillel (University of Oregon & Oregon State University) seeks a Rabbi & Director of Jewish Life to enrich student lives and shape the future of Jewish community at UO and OSU. This role involves building relationships with 200–300 students from diverse backgrounds, leading pluralistic worship and learning opportunities, advising student interns and volunteers, overseeing major holiday programming (Shabbat, High Holidays, Passover), and developing immersive educational experiences. The Rabbi will collaborate with senior staff on mission and educational vision and nurture relationships with university student life staff and the local Jewish community. Requires rabbinic ordination from an accredited institution, 4+ years of relevant experience (Hillel, camping, or experiential Jewish education preferred), and proven community-building expertise.
