The Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas seeks a Senior Director of Programming & Engagement — a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Jewish community builder. Reporting to the Chief Impact Officer, this leader will strengthen the connective tissue of Jewish life across Dallas and North Texas by serving as a "Community Concierge," helping individuals and families find their place in Jewish Dallas while weaving together a vibrant, inclusive community. Key responsibilities include conducting high-volume 1:1 community meetings, overseeing PJ Library, managing the Dallas Israel Teen Tour, building partnerships with synagogues and Jewish institutions, and supervising junior engagement staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 5–7 years of experience in community building or Jewish communal service, and deep knowledge of Jewish customs and traditions.
