Job description

The Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh seeks a Director of Development and Affinities to manage and lead all components of the Federation's annual Community Campaign, including young adult philanthropy, women's philanthropy, corporate giving, fundraising training, and campaign stewardship. This role partners closely with senior leadership, campaign volunteers, and the Development team to increase donor engagement and fundraising outcomes. The Director also maintains a personal portfolio of donors and plays a central role in educating fundraisers on giving opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 5–7 years of progressive development experience including major gifts, and strong knowledge of Jewish community and culture. **Salary range:** $73,600–$105,228.
