Job description

The Tampa Jewish Community Centers & Federation seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the CEO on all financial and business matters. The CFO will provide leadership on financial planning, controls, and administrative operations — overseeing budgeting, financial and tax reporting, auditing, risk management, information technology, and facilities. Responsibilities include acting as staff liaison to Finance and Audit Committees, overseeing payroll, collaborating with external HR/payroll/benefits consultants, and building and mentoring the Finance & Accounting team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance (Master's preferred), CPA required, minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience in a complex multi-million-dollar organization. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerBI, and PowerPoint required.
