Job description
BBYO is an internationally known, youth-focused, pluralistic Jewish teen organization. The Regional Director leads innovation, teen leadership, and community impact for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, launching and growing BBYO chapters and programs in partnership with a national professional team. Responsibilities include leading local and regional programming, collaborating with synagogues and Jewish community organizations, planning and attending regional events (Conclave, Staff Conference), and building toward leadership of the Texas-Oklahoma Region. Requires 2+ years of youth/education experience, a BA degree, strong group facilitation and event planning skills, and ability to travel.
