CJP is at the heart of Greater Boston's Jewish community, supporting and connecting an expansive network of Jewish organizations. The Miriam Fund is a special purpose fund where women philanthropists advance the well-being of families and women. As Manager, you will steward donor engagement and inspire meaningful philanthropy alongside the Director. Responsibilities include tracking and supporting a portfolio of major volunteer donors, advancing donor relationships and coordinating solicitation, mobilizing TMF staff and volunteers, overseeing donor stewardship, building TMF board leadership, and providing administrative communications. Hybrid work schedule with minimum 3 days/week on-site (Mon–Wed). Requires Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of fundraising or nonprofit experience with a focus on donor relations and project management. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
