Friends of United Hatzalah seeks its first Director of Human Resources to serve as senior HR leader and trusted advisor, working closely with executive leadership and department heads. Hybrid role based at NYC headquarters (minimum 3 days/week in office). Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Newly created role focused on building scalable people systems to support organizational growth, shaping organizational culture, and ensuring compliance and best practices across the organization.
