Kesher Israel Congregation in West Chester, PA seeks a Director of Education and Music Leader for a senior full-time staff role. Working in close partnership with the Rabbi, this position combines strategic oversight of Jewish learning with musical and liturgical leadership. Oversee the religious school (~80 students, grades K–7), supervise the B'nai Mitzvah program, facilitate Tefillah services, lead Shabbat and holiday programs, and serve as Cantor for High Holy Days. Requires advanced degree in Education and/or Judaic studies, strong Hebrew and Jewish liturgy knowledge, and prior experience in a Jewish educational setting.
