Donor Officer

Job description

Manage and grow a portfolio of donors and prospects for the Jewish Federation of Detroit, building long-term, values-driven relationships. Solicit and close gifts in partnership with senior development staff and volunteer leaders. Partner with donors to align their philanthropic interests with community priorities. Inspire generosity through thoughtful engagement, personalized stewardship, and bold asks. Collaborate across teams to advance the Federation's annual campaign and special initiatives. Maintain accurate records within the Federation's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics a plus). Requires 5+ years of fundraising or donor relations experience, demonstrated success cultivating and soliciting gifts, and commitment to Jewish values and community.
