Hadassah is one of the largest women's organizations in the United States, committed to the health and well-being of the Jewish people and Israel. Hadassah Midwest encompasses three Regions: Chicago-North Shore, Great Plains, and Greater Detroit. The Project Manager guides the overall project and marketing functions of Hadassah Midwest and the execution of programs, events, and activities across the Midwest Geographic Area, its regions and chapters. Partnering with staff and volunteer leaders, the Project Manager translates volunteer engagement and fundraising into clear project plans with measurable outcomes and sustained engagement. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage planning and implementation of assigned projects, including establishing timelines and tracking deliverables • Serve as project point person, collaborating with staff, volunteers, consultants, and vendors • Work with program coordinators to ensure projects are executed in a timely manner • Plan and promote collaborative events and programs across three Regions • Ensure budgets are submitted for all programs requiring exchange of funds • Coordinate preparation of marketing materials including invitations, flyers, social media, and online registration pages • Train volunteers in best practices for programming and event planning • Staff events as needed Required Knowledge, Education, or Experience: • BA/BS; minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in project management or equivalent field • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Salesforce a plus • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to multi-task and work independently Salary: $63,000–$67,000 annually
