Roofing Estimator

Established construction company seeking a detail-oriented Estimator for commercial roofing, waterproofing, stucco/EIFS, and facade projects. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, preparing estimates, material takeoffs, and bids. Construction estimating experience preferred. Strong computer and analytical skills essential. Will consider candidates with related experience and the ability to learn.
Salary: $110,000–$135,000, based on experience. Two weeks’ vacation plus major Jewish holidays.
