Donor Support Representative

Description
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
· Interact with donors or potential donors via incoming calls, outbound calls, and email using the appropriate charity greeting
· Interact with vendor regarding status of a vehicle donation or title issues
· Create and update donation records in the CARS database with the highest level of accuracy
· Consult available resources and inform donors of local DMV regulations
· Schedule vehicles for pickup, when appropriate
· Monitor and manage database records that require follow-up with a donor or vendor.
Perform additional tasks as requested by management

Requirements
At least one year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Bilingual
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
