Key Responsibilities
- Package Assembly & Distribution: Review, assemble, and track post-closing loan packages for lenders and buyers.
- Recording & Compliance: Submit documents (deeds, mortgages, discharges) for county recording and ensure compliance with county/state guidelines.
- Follow-Up & Communication: Coordinate directly with lenders, county clerks, buyers, and sellers to resolve post-closing document open items or rejections.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Prior Office Experience: Required (administrative, title, legal, or real estate background is a strong plus).
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing legal and financial documents.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal skills for effective vendor and client outreach.
- Organization & Tech Savvy: Ability to manage multiple file deadlines and navigate title production/office software efficiently.
