Responsibilities: Oversee daily company operations, lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees, monitor performance and accountability, improve workflows and technology, and ensure smooth coordination between software systems and financial operations.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and technology.

Experience overseeing operational, software, and financial processes.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Payroll experience is a significant advantage.
