Operations & Logistics Manager

Overview

A well-established medical equipment company in Orange County NY is seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day flow of equipment orders and related operational activity. This is a key role for someone who is highly organized, takes ownership, and can keep multiple priorities moving efficiently across the warehouse and field operations.

Requirements

1. Experience in operations, logistics, dispatching, or warehouse management preferred
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain follow-through
4. Strong sense of ownership and accountability
5. Comfortable coordinating across different operational functions
6. Process-minded and able to identify ways to improve workflow
7. Medical equipment experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the flow of medical equipment orders from receiving through completion
2. Coordinate receiving and assembly activity
3. Schedule technicians and support day-to-day field operations
4. Coordinate deliveries and repairs
5. Ensure completed orders move efficiently to billing
6. Track operational priorities and keep workflows moving
7. Work closely with the team to resolve issues and prevent delays
8. Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall efficiency
