Industry & Product Researcher

Job Overview
Product decisions are only as good as the understanding behind them. You'll research the crypto and fintech industry, competitor products and user behaviour, and turn what you find into clear recommendations for Gate's product teams. Within a year, your research will be shaping roadmap decisions across several product lines.

Responsibilities
1. Research industry trends, new products and business models across crypto, Web3 and fintech
2. Break down competitor products and benchmark them against Gate's
3. Produce clear reports and recommendations that product teams can act on
4. Track regulatory and market changes that affect product strategy
5. Run deep dives on specific questions for product teams

Qualifications
1. You've done industry, competitive or product research in crypto, fintech or internet
2. You turn complex information into clear, structured conclusions
3. You write well and present findings persuasively
4. You understand how product teams make decisions, and how regulatory and market shifts affect them
