Job description

What You Will Do
A signed contract is the start of a customer’s journey, not the finish line. On our Activation & Assurance team, you’ll help customers complete provider onboarding, understand how our product works, and validate their integration with real production testers.

This is a junior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys organized work, clear communication, and getting the details right. You’ll start with established playbooks and test procedures, then help improve them as you learn the product and settle into the team.

Run activation workflows. Follow provider-specific manuals to submit onboarding requests and coordinate registrations, approvals, and contracting steps with identity providers. Receive credentials and enter them accurately into the Hopae Console, following security procedures and checking the customer and environment.

Provide eID-specific activation guidance. When customer involvement is needed, explain the provider’s activation requirements, collect the necessary information, and guide customers through the steps they need to complete.

Recruit and manage production testers. Find and onboard testers for the countries and identity providers involved, confirm their eligibility and availability, explain what they need to do, and maintain an organized, reliable tester network.

Coordinate and run real-world tests. Once a customer has integrated our product, organize testing with real production testers. Agree on schedules, prepare test scenarios and instructions, guide testers through the user journey, and keep testing on track. Support recurring production checks using the team’s established procedures.

Collect evidence and report results. Gather tester feedback and supporting evidence, check outcomes against the expected user flow, and produce clear reports showing what was tested, what worked, what failed, and what still needs attention.

Raise issues and follow through. Turn test findings into actionable issues with reproduction steps and relevant evidence. Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and provider-facing teams, track progress, and arrange retesting when fixes are ready. You don’t need to fix the underlying code yourself, but you do need to keep the follow-up moving.

Keep people and information aligned. Maintain accurate records of activation status, test coverage, schedules, and blockers. Keep customers, testers, and internal teams informed, and flag missing information or schedule risks early.

Help improve how we work. As you gain experience, identify recurring friction and improve checklists, documentation, and handoffs. You’ll also help monitor existing operational automations, check their outputs, and flag exceptions or improvement opportunities.

Who You Are
You are detail-driven and dependable. You can follow defined processes consistently, check information carefully, and complete repeatable work without losing accuracy or leaving loose ends.

You work in an organized way. You can manage multiple requests and test schedules, keep records current, and follow up with the right people to meet agreed timelines.

You communicate clearly and patiently. You’re comfortable working with customers, external testers, and identity providers. You can explain instructions, ask useful questions, and keep people informed without overwhelming them.

You are good at gathering and structuring information. You can turn scattered feedback, screenshots, and observations into a clear test report or issue that someone else can act on. You distinguish confirmed findings from things that still need investigation.

You have practical technical curiosity. You can learn your way around APIs, credentials, configuration settings, and test versus production environments. You don’t need to be a developer or an identity expert, but you should be comfortable reading documentation and following technical instructions.

You know when to ask for help. You recognize when something falls outside the playbook, escalate with useful context, and handle credentials and tester information carefully.

You want to grow beyond the checklist. You’re happy to learn established workflows first, then use what you’ve learned to suggest practical process improvements. We don’t expect you to arrive with every answer.

You work comfortably in Korean and English. You can communicate with local teammates and international customers, testers, and providers, both in writing and in conversation.

Bonus: Experience in customer onboarding, operations, testing coordination, technical support, or customer success. Familiarity with B2B SaaS or digital identity is helpful, but not required.
