Support resources for community outreach and customer experience initiatives
Understand what is happening at the local hospital level — flagging trends, concerns, and opportunities back to the Guide Dog team.
Be the liaison between hospitals and Suveto Guide Dog initiatives, providing communication and guidance.
Marketing Execution & Enablement
Deploy network marketing programs (promotions, campaigns, lifecycle communications) at the hospital level within the assigned cohort
Help coach hospital teams on effective use of marketing tools: social posting tools, digital signage, reminder platforms, and online booking, etc
Coordinate local media and marketing partners to support campaigns

Support hospitals on community engagement and client engagement best practices; equip them with resources and playbooks to activate locally
Ensure brand consistency and marketing quality across the assigned cohort. Comfortable giving critical feedback on customer experience.
Operational Partnership
Partner closely with Operations Leadership on hospital priorities, growth opportunities, and areas of concern
Contribute to focus-hospital planning and regular hospital check-ins
Escalate strategic questions and complex marketing needs to the Marketing Team
Support the request intake process by helping hospitals scope, submit, and follow through on marketing tickets
Insights & Field Intelligence
Serve as a cross-functional feedback loop back to the Suveto Guide Dog team — flagging hospital issues to the right function (Integrations, Operations, Marketing, IT) so home office can respond quickly
Report field observations to the marketing team on what is and isn't working locally
Provide voice-of-the-hospital insights that shape network marketing and customer experience strategy
Contribute to the marketing team's understanding of hospital-level performance drivers
Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; comfortable holding ground in conversations with Practice Managers, Medical Directors, and Operational Leadership
Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into hands-on local execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working independently in a remote-first, travel-heavy role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent hospital relationships
Working knowledge of marketing tools: social media platforms, design tools, digital signage, review platforms, reminder systems, etc
Ability to spot trends, patterns, and opportunities from field observations and report them clearly
Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a growing multi-location organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Familiarity with veterinary hospital operations is a strong plus
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
3–5 years of marketing experience required, preferably with 2 years in field marketing, account management, multi-location marketing, or client-facing marketing roles
Multi-location, franchise, healthcare, dental (DSO), or veterinary industry experience strongly preferred
Experience partnering with operations leadership strongly preferred
Experience working in fully remote teams and managing a travel-heavy schedule preferred
Travel
This role requires significant regional travel to hospitals within the assigned cohort — estimated 30–50% travel depending on cohort geography and hospital count.
