Responsibilities: Oversee daily company operations, lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees, monitor performance and accountability, improve workflows and technology, and ensure smooth coordination between software systems and financial operations.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and technology.
• Experience overseeing operational, software, and financial processes.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Payroll experience is a significant advantage.
• Personable, sharp, and results-driven.

Salary: $250,000 annually, based on experience
