Outside Sales Representatives

Energy Direct is hiring motivated, ambitious sales representatives in North and South Jersey.

We help businesses access utility rebates for commercial HVAC and LED lighting upgrades, substantially reducing the cost of replacing older equipment.

This is a door-to-door business sales position. You’ll visit local businesses, speak with owners and decision-makers, introduce the programs, identify potential projects, and follow up with interested customers.

What we offer:

• $3,000-$5,000 monthly base plus commission

• 10 days of hands-on, ride-along training

We’re looking for someone who:

• Lives locally in New Jersey and has a reliable vehicle
• Is motivated, ambitious, and willing to learn
• Is comfortable approaching business owners and starting conversations
• Can handle rejection and follow up consistently

Sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. No HVAC experience is required.
