AI Development & Implementation specialist

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, innovative AI Development & Implementation Specialist to design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions for nursing home operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just understand AI but has proven experience building AI tools and turning ideas into working solutions.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can identify opportunities for automation, develop practical AI solutions, and successfully implement them into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline nursing home operations through AI.

• Design, develop, and implement custom AI tools, automations, and workflows.

• Build AI solutions that solve real operational challenges.

• Integrate AI tools with existing systems and software.

• Work closely with management to understand business needs and develop practical solutions.

• Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI implementations.

• Lead AI projects from initial concept through development and successful deployment.

• Train and support teams in using newly implemented AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and implementing AI tools — must have built actual working solutions.

• Strong technical skills in AI development, automation, and system integrations.

• Experience working with APIs, AI platforms, and automation tools.

• Ability to independently take an idea and turn it into a functional product.

• Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Understanding of business operations and process improvement.

• Healthcare or nursing home industry experience is a plus.
