Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-construction estimating, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling
- Develop cost estimates, forecasting tools, and standardized estimating systems
- Manage subcontractor bids, negotiations, and risk assessments
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- QuickBooks, Google Sheets & Microsoft Office experience
- Bookkeeping, invoicing & reconciliations experience
- Ability to work independently and support company growth
