We're looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Editor.
You will find the videos for that day, make the thumbnails, make the titles, and post them — able to work independently after the initial setup, training, and walkthrough.
Experience required:
- Someone who has managed other channels directly before, or a thumbnail freelancer, or somebody who has made hundreds of YouTube thumbnails.
Must have:
- Experience with Canva
- Experience managing YouTube channels
- Some level of familiarity using AI tools (ChatGPT and Grok)
- Can think creatively and has a very hard work ethic
- Willing to potentially work after hours and/or take on clients individually in the future
Salary: $55k-$75k, with incentive bonuses based on performance.
Location: In house at our office, 1531 Union Street, between Kingston and Albany (Brooklyn, NY), with flexibility to work remote twice per week.
In the future, you'll be assigned 3-4 different channels.
