NOW HIRING: Early Intervention Program Director

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee a New York State Early Intervention Program. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, overseeing quality assurance and billing coordination, and maintaining family and community relationships.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of New York State Early Intervention regulations.
• Understanding of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
• Knowledge of service coordination and program documentation.
• Understanding of Early Intervention billing processes.
• Ability to oversee program operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Preferred: Previous program management and staff supervision experience. No specific degree or clinical license required.
