NOW HIRING: Head of Finance

A growing workforce management and payroll firm is seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee financial operations, lead finance and tax teams, improve profitability, strengthen internal controls, and build scalable financial systems in collaboration with senior leadership.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong accounting and financial management background.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
• Experience developing and improving internal controls.
• Proven financial leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to improve financial processes and implement automation.

Preferred: Payroll, payroll tax, HCM/PEO, or multi-state compliance experience.
