Job Responsibilities

1. Content Scheduling – Schedule posts across all client accounts, including weekends.
2. Client Communication – Communicate with clients and handle client calls.
3. Monthly Meetings & Reports – Conduct monthly client meetings and prepare performance reports.
4. Influencer Campaigns – Coordinate and manage influencer collaborations.
5. Creative Direction – Develop creative ideas, strategies, and content direction for clients.
6. Team Management – Manage the editing and creative teams, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Workload Management – Oversee the team's workload, prioritize projects, and hold everyone accountable.
