NOW HIRING: Early Intervention Program Director

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee a New York State Early Intervention Program. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, overseeing quality assurance and billing coordination, and maintaining family and community relationships.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of New York State Early Intervention regulations.
Understanding of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
Knowledge of service coordination and program documentation.
Understanding of Early Intervention billing processes.
Ability to oversee program operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Preferred: Previous program management and staff supervision experience. No specific degree or clinical license required.
