NOW HIRING: Head of Finance

A growing workforce management and payroll firm is seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee financial operations, lead finance and tax teams, improve profitability, strengthen internal controls, and build scalable financial systems in collaboration with senior leadership.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
Strong accounting and financial management background.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Knowledge of financial statements and reporting.
Experience developing and improving internal controls.
Proven financial leadership and team management experience.
Ability to improve financial processes and implement automation.

Preferred: Payroll, payroll tax, HCM/PEO, or multi-state compliance experience.
