A growing wholesale distribution company is seeking an experienced COO to oversee daily operations, lead multiple branches and department heads, improve profitability, optimize inventory and supply chain operations, and drive business growth and operational efficiency.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of progressive leadership and operations management experience.
Background in wholesale or industrial distribution.
Proven experience managing a 25M–100M+ distribution business.
Strong P&L and financial management experience.
Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations.

Preferred: Experience with ERP systems and e-commerce operations.
