Account Manager / Regional BOM

Job Description: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Manager / Regional BOM to oversee financial and administrative operations, including collections, Medicaid applications, and census tracking. Responsibilities: Manage private pay and income collections. Process and follow up on Medicaid applications. Monitor and maintain accurate census records. Ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain efficient operations. Requirements: Prior Medicaid application experience is required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Experience in healthcare billing or business office operations is a plus. Training will be provided for other responsibilities. Compensation: $50K–$90K annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
