Brooklyn, NY | On-site, telehealth $85/hour (approximately $176800 annually at 40 hours per week) Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM A healthcare organization in Brooklyn is looking for licensed PAs and NPs to provide patient care both on-site and through telehealth. This role is suited to a provider who communicates warmly with patients, stays on top of documentation, and enjoys helping people access the care they need. Responsibilities Assess patients and provide care within your scope of practice Conduct on-site and telehealth visits Develop care plans and coordinate follow-up Complete and finalize clinical documentation promptly Communicate clearly with patients and the care team Qualifications Active PA or NP license Currently enrolled and credentialed to bill Medicaid for the services provided Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Comfortable with electronic health records and telehealth visits Reliable, organized, and attentive to documentation Additional Compensation & Benefits Available
