Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Afternoon Hours

What You'll Do:

Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
What You'll Need:

Minimum age: 18 years
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
RBT certification is preferred, but not required — if you're positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)
