Serve as the technical point of contact for clients on assigned projects.

Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and communicate them clearly.
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and client stakeholders as needed.

Microsoft 365 tenants, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Entra ID, Intune, and conditional access policies.
Windows Server and Azure environments.
Firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
Execute projects such as:

Server-to-cloud and Azure migrations.
Network builds, firewall and switch replacements, and wireless deployments.
Endpoint deployments, refreshes, and Intune enrollment.
Security and compliance implementations.

Documentation & Handoff
Produce clear technical documentation, as-built diagrams, and runbooks in IT Glue.
Ensure smooth handoff of completed projects to the service team.
Use Halo PSA for project tasks, time entry, and work tracking.
Use Ninja RMM for remote access, deployment, and endpoint management.
Requirements
You’re a Good Fit If You:

Can own a project independently and know when to bring in the Project Manager or senior resources.
Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams at both technical and non-technical levels.
Are organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation habits.
Take ownership of outcomes and follow projects through to completion.
Are flexible with scheduling, as cutovers and maintenance windows often require after-hours or weekend work.
Preferred Experience
5+ years in IT, including 2+ years in a project engineering, implementation, or senior technician role, ideally at an MSP
Proven experience configuring and deploying:
Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
Network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless.
Hands-on experience with SonicWall, Meraki, UniFi, and Ruckus.
Experience with email, SharePoint, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Experience with Azure migrations or GCC High / CMMC environments is a strong plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure/M365, CCNA, Meraki CMNA) a plus.
Experience with IT documentation platforms and PSA/ticketing systems.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
