We are a growing behavioral health organization seeking Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) and Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPA) to provide one-on-one peer support services to Heimish patients in Crown Heights.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who understand the cultural values and unique needs of the Heimish community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide one-on-one peer support services to patients.
• Help individuals achieve personal recovery and wellness goals.
• Encourage independence and community involvement.
• Assist patients with coping strategies and daily living skills.
• Build supportive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Complete required documentation and progress notes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid CPS or CRPA certification required.
• Familiarity with the Heimish community preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
• Ability to work independently.
• Previous peer support experience preferred.
