Logistics Manager

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Salary: $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience
Location: In-office, with limited flexibility for remote work

Position Overview

We are seeking a capable, organized Logistics Manager to oversee daily routing, truck schedules, and driver coordination. The ideal candidate is a sharp problem-solver who can manage logistics efficiently, keep deliveries running smoothly, and handle scheduling independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily delivery routes.

• Coordinate trucks, drivers, and delivery schedules.

• Optimize routes for efficiency and timely deliveries.

• Communicate with drivers and resolve scheduling or routing issues.

• Monitor daily logistics operations and make adjustments as needed.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Sunday through Thursday, generally 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

• Sunday hours are limited to the morning.

• Sunday and Friday offer flexibility to work remotely when handling routing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, routing, transportation, or fleet coordination preferred.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to think quickly, work independently, and manage changing priorities.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Must be reliable and comfortable coordinating drivers and trucks in a fast-paced environment.
