Talent Specialist

Established staffing agency is seeking a *Talent Specialist* to drive applicant flow through job boards and recruiting platforms.

This role is focused on creating, managing, analyzing, and improving candidate pipelines. We are looking for someone who understands how to make job postings perform — not just by posting jobs, but by testing titles, improving descriptions, using strong keywords, tracking results, and comparing which platforms produce the best candidates.

*Responsibilities include:*

* Manage job postings across Indeed and other recruiting platforms

* Write and optimize job ads to increase qualified applicant flow

* Test job titles, descriptions, keywords, pay language, and posting strategy

* Track applicant volume, response rates, cost, and candidate quality by platform

* Analyze data to compare which job boards and pipelines are working best

* Adjust posting strategy based on performance and hiring needs

* Source and contact candidates through job boards and resume databases

* Work closely with the hiring/onboarding team to keep the candidate pipeline moving

*Requirements:*

* Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or staffing required

* Strong understanding of job boards and applicant generation

* Comfortable analyzing recruiting data and improving performance

* Experience with Indeed and similar platforms strongly preferred

* Strong writing, communication, and follow-up skills

* Organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven

* Staffing agency experience strongly preferred
